Great bottle for hiking
This is a great bottle for hikes. The best is that the cap screws tight so there is no water leaking out. You know how the bottle always tips in you backpack.

Great size!
I love this large Nalgene because I only need to fill it twice a day to get my water intake. It also fits perfectly in my bagu water sling so I can shop, travel, hike, or go to the dog park hands free.

It’s hard to find 48 ounces with a secure cap. This is it!
I’m supposed to drink 48 ounces of water a day. I’ve always loved Nalgene for the no-leak feature. True to form, this bottle doesn’t leak. I ended up buying a pop-up cap that fits with this bottle, and that made it a perfect water bottle for me. The cap is sold separately on Amazon. I wish the cap were included.

Best bottles for sheep hunts
Good for sheep hunts. Only thing is that it’s loud while you’re hunting and waters sloshing around. Used to use a 1L disposable Dasani water bottle and suck the air out as I drank from it so that the water wouldn’t slosh around. Might go back to that for sheep hunts. Good otherwise

Great but....
I bought 2 of these for my multi day hike as I don't like drinking from a water bladder. One of them had a weird 'score' mark all the way from the top of the bottle around to the bottom and back to the top (not the seam). I was not willing to chance it leaking or breaking during my hike so I left it at home. I did contact the seller but no reply....I brought a bladder...
