Small but a great bread cloche
I use them regularly to make a variety of different breads. The loaf is small (a good size for two people). I have two of them. When I make dough for a 2 pound loaf I split it in half between the two cloches. The result is a cute round loaf that mostly fills the cloche. My wife often gives one of the loaves away as a present to neighbours. Baking the bread for about 25-30 minutes with the lid on and then 10-15 minutes more with the lid off gives a nice finish (crust) to the bread. There are recipes for using this type of cloche on line. An excellent investment to enhance your bread making.

This is my second one and I have been able to get so many loaves done in a day that I will definitely be purchasing 2 more.... these little Cloche are perfect, cast iron, great quality, no color just plain blackUpdate: I have now purchased 2 more making that a total of 4, the shipping is super fast and these little cloche are just the perfect addition to my sourdough bread baking.... Perfect Size
