These vitamins are great and effective. The size is easy to swallow and they don’t have a nasty smell like some supplements can have. I always look to see if they have been Lab tested and these fit the bill for me. They’re also a good value for the money.

Don't really notice much. Value wise k2 mk7 seems to be better since it lasts longer than mk4. I think money better spent on a d+k2(mk7 or mk4+7) supplement.
