Spree

Being an impatient Morley fan I read spree in the 5 part kindle version. The agonising wait for the next part was terrible so I waited that little bit longer and locked myself away to get lost once more in the world of Mottram and Holmes 2 parts at a time. Glad I did so too, the cliff hangers leave you guessing...The husband now resigned to the fact that he is sharing his bed with me and Michael Morley purchased the paperback version for me to read again!It flows so well I'd finished in no time, emotionally drained and wanting more.If you like this style you really need to read Mr Morley's others, Spider and Viper.COME ON MICHAEL WRITE US SOME MORE!

Spree is a super fast-paced crime thriller which will hook you in before you've turned the first page. You will instantly like the main characters of Jake and Angie - in fact you'll feel like you already know them. The story powers along at an incredible speed with so many twists and turns, but just about half way through something happens which will make you gasp out loud - you simply will be unable to put the book down from this point onwards. It really is the best book I have read in a very long time. I can hardly wait for Michael Morley's next book.

I have read all Mike Morley's books and this one is my favourite. I do a lot of train travel in and out of work and it did make me look forward to doing a journey in the way that only a good book can! There are plenty of twists and turns in the plot that keeps the pages turning and I also found the lead characters slightly more interesting than the smoking, alcoholic tormented coppers who normally feature. I know more about the sprees and serial killers than I probably ought to now - but the violence was balanced with what felt like a true reflection of what goes on inside the heads of these people. You believe that Mike Morley knows his stuff.

Oh my goodness, what a read! I've waited a long time for this, the third book from Michael Morley & I have to say its the best yet. If you like your thrillers fast paced then this is for you. I was blown away by a brave decision, at the end of the book I realised it was the right one! Loved it.

Read Spider and Viper by this author and decided I had to read more. Great thrillers. You will love him if you like Rick Mofina, Peter James, Lisa Gardner or Tami Hoag

I went through every emotion possible but mostly sadnessBrilliant storyline bit slow to start but once it did I could not stop reading

Wow,twists and turns that you'd never expect.Unlike so many other books this one is definitely not predictable.Characters instantly likeable and a great plot.

This is must for those who like an assortment of thrills and spills, ups and downs. just had to get to the end.
