I recently purchased this airflow nozzle for my Dyson hair dryer. I really like it because it allows me to style my hair without disturbing my scalp.

This product is a game-changer for achieving salon-quality hair at home. It fits my hair dryer perfectly and helps reduce frizz without interfering with drying time. Although the quality could be better, it's definitely a helpful accessory for achieving the desired hairstyle.

Fits and attaches well, stays attached for normal use as concentrators do not normally contact hair directly. It can rotate 360 degrees while attached but I rather detach and reattach so as not to induce friction wear.The edge where it attaches is sharp, not enough to cut but can be uncomfortable. Other attachments I have round it off a bit.The design forces air into a flat space. I measured the height of the exit with a caliper at 5.21 mm. In practice this concentrates the force. This is great for drying hair faster, and with the use of sectioning and a proper brush, can be used for blowouts, creating waves, straightening, and of course smoothing.

I have hair on thicker side, about two inches past my shoulders, and the top layer is prone to frizz. This attachment combined with my usual hair products seemed to work well together. There is not much humidity where I'm at right now so time will tell if the attachment itself does help with smoothing my hair down. For now though I'm happy with it, and will continue using it.

This attachment is extremely similar to the original that comes with the Dyson hairdryer. I think it’s an excellent dupe for the price and would recommend!

This attachment attaches to my dyson supersonic without issue but it is no-frills and definitely made to the low price point (only $10 at time of posting).Compared to the first-party attachment nozzle from Dyson, this nozzle does not rotate when installed to the dryer. To rotate the nozzle, you have to pull it off and reinstall in the desired orientation.I found the fit and finish to be very low. There were sharp edges and plastic burrs leftover and not smoothed over from the manufacturing process on the unit I received. Be careful handling it as they were sharp and may cut you.
