It is regular fit, about?

I would say regular fit. I've purchased some that are slim and fit through the torso. This shirt is cut straight down from armpit to hip

Is the logo an iron-on or stitched?

It is an iron on but I really like the shirt anyway.

Very small, otherwise fine

It run small by at least 1 size, and that is my conservative assessment. If you want it to fit tight, plus 1 size would be probably enough. I ordered M - had trouble merely pushing my head through, and sleeves started well above an inch above natural line on the shoulders. The quality of material and craftsmanship if fine though.
