Another Chance, but did not work
After successfully using one set of the Miroo cartridges, I ordered a second set that did not work, printer did not recognize and had to throw them away. I wrote to Miroo letting them know and they did not respond, until a month later and they offered a refund if I removed my negative review.I thought, hey, they're trying to do good and probably behind on responding to customers, so I removed my review in exchange for the refund of product. But after another month of waiting, I did not get the refund that was promised. So here I am, reposting my review and warning to everyone that it is a gamble for these cartridges to work. Sorry Miroo I tried to be on your side.8/5/2018 updateMiroo contacted me by Amazon message and refunded us for the cartridge. We will give them another try since the savings over the HP cartridges is worth the small gamble. Even if 1 out of every 3 cartridges work, there is still a savings.

Worth the savings
I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. Ink installs fine just make sure you have it on the setting that allows non HP branded ink. This setting is in the cartridge settings which can be found on the printer setup web page and using the search function. There are a few prompts when you install the ink warning you that it's not HP branded ink. Once you press okay it works fine. Quality so far seems the same. They still are brand new so I'm not sure how long they'll last. For me so far it's absolutely worth the savings.

Best bang for the buck!
Good deal No differance from these and HP versions but the price is much less they seem to last longer but I can’t prove that.

My work printer ran putt and the person that orders supplies was on vacation so it was very helpful to get it in 2 days from Amazon

they do not work
purchased this product in May 2019 to keep it ready when existing HP cartridges run out. that happened today with YELLOW. inserted the Miroo "compatible replacement"- it does not fit, does not work. How do I return and get something that does work?

Junk....not compatible like they say they are !
These cartridges are suppose to work with HP office jet pro printer 8710. THEY DO NOT !!!!I bought them to stock up and now that I am ready to use them and discover they don't work...it is passed the return date. Note to self: never buy this product again.

Buyer beware
Two of the three cartridges did not work. Not really the suppliers fault. You take that chance when you buy off brand. Everything else was good. Service shipping etc.
