The mouth piece is huge and very uncomfortable! If you pull your lower jaw forward, Clenching your teeth with it in will adjust the setting so release the tension and making it useless!That's only if you can keep it in long enough!The amount of dribble is unbelievable!Taking it out so that you can actually swallow any is. A hazard itself as the amount of spit you drip on your face is enough to drown!Unfortunately, for a device like this to work I think it needs to be professional dental ones that are actually moulded to your mouth!Only plus side is I figured out that no matter how far a pulled my jaw forward I could still make the snore sound so useless for me even if it wasn't junk 🤷🏻‍♂️

To save you from wasting your time this anti-snoring device is completely unusable due to how large the mouthpiece is, it is extremely uncomfortable, and will likely make you gag. The instructions tell you to boil the device in hot water, so you can mould it to the shape of your mouth/teeth, but it doesn't say for how long to submerge it for. Overall, I would not recommend this.

My snoring partner is making me so tired and I was desperate for this to work, but it didn't. He still snores and I'm still tired 😫
