I love rpgs brings back a little nostalgia

Initiallt thought this isnt my cup if tea. The more i played the more i understood the game mechanics (being a jrpg novice) and i am actually really enjoying it now

If you are an RPG fan then you should buy this. It is a good game that you learn more about the more you play it. However I was unable to activate Momentum mode (this is explained at the start of the game) during battles. Therefore I felt I was missing a big part of the game. Nevertheless I enjoy playing this game and recommend it.

I bought this recently for my switch, and have to say I am enjoying it more than I thought I would! The characters are loveable, and some of the enemies take some beating. I love the graphic style, and can highly recommend it to rpg lovers. The only thing I would say is that its price tag is a bit steep! It's not a particularly long game for the money, so download, or trade in some games if your lucky enough to find a physical copy. £30 is round about right really.... for this reason I would give it four stars but I love it so much so it gets the full five lol!

Ordered for my son from Japan. Hence 4 stars. Arrived as expected about 2 weeks after order and all OK. Not used by me but my son believes it is great so very pleased

Ok, I REALLY wanted to like this game. I love old school turn based RPGs, and was sold on the trailer.Firstly the pros:The games art style is fantastic, and it looks really nice. I love the snowy landscape and disagree with reviews that suggest it needs more colour. Enjoy a snowy game once in a while!The story is quite decent and it has a decent arc to it, so you want to see it through.Now the negatives:The music is annoying. It's great at first, really beautiful piano, but then you realise it loops every 40-60 seconds and just gets on your nerves at times.Characters are dull. No side quests or opportunities to talk to them to learn more about them. It's a shame because there was potential here.Battles are either way too easy or way too hard. You can quite honestly one-shot every single battle in the game except for bosses. This game also has one of the most punishing difficulty spikes ever. Which means you have to grind a lot.Battles are boring. Grinding is boring. You soon realise there is zero fun in destroying the same enemies in one hit over and over again for merger experience gains.Let me be clear here, I am Setsuna isn't a bad game. It's just awful to charge more than £15 for it! You'll feel ripped off when you realise how shallow it is, at £15 I'd give it 4 stars and say this is a semi decent RPG at a good price but at £30 digital or £50 boxed. No way!Sorry because loads of you loved it but final fantasy this ain't.

JRPGs are one of my favorite genre of games. I personally think that Japanese developers make better RPGs and this game doesn't disappoint. It's a very short game, but that doesn't mean it's not worth the time or detract from how fun it is. I think the setting is what really makes this game good. For people who don't want to invest a ton of time into a game for whatever reasons, you might enjoy a short, little fun JRPG. The same developers also released a very similar game like this called Lost Sphear. I highly recommend both games.

Llegó rápido y bien protegido. Fue recogido en un Amazon Locker, servicio que recomiendo totalmente por su flexibilidad y rapidez.Juego nuevo, con precinto. El título de la portada está escrito en inglés. Funciona perfectamente en Switch españolas, estando subtitulado en inglés.Un juego precioso que no puede faltar en una colección de RPGs en Switch. Gracias a Amazon he podido conseguirlo en formato físico y a buen precio.
