Aimtom not bad for the money.
Pictures are clear. Response time is good. Do not like taking the micro sd card out to view pictures on bigger device. Viewing them on camera is ok but anytime you have to mess with that little card it's a pain. Camera has to be set up pretty close to where the subject will be because lens makes it look pretty far away. You can zoom in on the pictures with the viewer but it's slow. Overall though I would say it was worth the money and not a lot of money.

Recommended Purchase is Wrong
I don't know what I'm reviewing as I don't know who recommends the bundled purchases. I can't use my camera just yet. I purchased the combo recommended with the SanDisk SD card. The camera uses the MICRO SD card, which I didn't notice until I had already opened the package. I can't return it and I have no use for it. That was money wasted already. I've ordered the MICRO SD card and will have to wait for delivery. I'll append this review once I'm able to use the camera, but so far I'm not very happy.Once I got the correct MICRO SD card, the camera has worked okay. Make sure you remove all plastic covers or the motion detector won't work. It's a learning experience. The few pictures it has taken are clear. Once I get the picture for which I purchased this camera, I'll amend my review.

good camera except for use of micro-SD card
The AIMTOM wide-angle trail camera has many good features and one major design flaw.It has a quick wide-angle detection response consistent with the wide-angle lens, and detects people walking across the field of view out to about 20 meters (60 feet). It produces sharp still pictures with good color.Unfortunately, all of those good points are undercut by its use of a micro-SD card mounted on a bottom edge.It is very difficult to manipulate such a small card in the field, and if it drops into the leave litter, it is gone forever. The camera would be much better for actual use as a trail camera if it used a standard size SD card mounted on a side edge of the front-panel case.

Sometimes the pictures are terrible. Usually the quality is okay
So far I have not caught anything interesting in the pictures. In tests, it seems slow to react. Sometimes the pictures are terrible. Usually the quality is okay, but it does not compare to a good smart phone. It is simple to set up and use. You will need a large SD card, at least 16GB if you record video.

Camera is Junk
Audio: Non existent.I don't know why they even bother to say it can do videos and record audio. Talking 3 Feet away from this camera inside and you can't make out what people are saying, it simply sounds like noise. Horrid microphone to the extend why bother including one.Video: Poor quality.I don't think I have ever seen video recorded worse than this.Motion Sensor:Won't work from inside pointing out through a window.Summary:Very Cheaply made and low quality. Not worth the price for sure.

Great pictures at a reasonable price.
I had some trouble getting the time/date stamp to work, everything else except setting time was a breeze. The instructions are quite clear but for two things. They don't tell you that you must set the time stamp before you set time/date, and they don't tell you that no matter what format you set the time for, on the setup display it will always be in 24 hour setting. I have also found this to be the case with other Asian cameras I have. So regardless of what format you want, you must set the time in 24 hour mode . When in running more it will show up in12 your if that is what you want. This confusion is why I only have 4 stars.

Not the best, not the worst.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this camera based on reviews here on Amazon and the price seemed good . I have 10 other cameras, some that are a lot more expensive and some on the cheap side. I would say that the performance of this camera is in the middle of the ones I have. The menu is quite simple and intuitive to use. The one thing I don't like is the micro SD card. In the field it is awkward to get in and out with cold fingers. If it was side mounted I think it would be less so. It came with a mounting bracket that I thought was a bonus but it is a little flimsy and I have gone back to the strap. I did purchase a second one because the price went down.

Good clear pics and vids.
Used for capturing wildlife. Very clear quality pics and vids. New batteries went from full to 3/4 in only 4 days. It only takes 2 second vids in nighttime for some reason. This was used refurbished unit for $35 so overall good deal. Update. The 2 second vids never happened again, and batteries are now holding up good.

BEWARE not as described.
Advertised as 16 MP camera. Manual included says "8 MP CMOS sensor". So it is upscaling the resolution. I'm sending it back. You can choose to have pics up to 21MP but they will be upscaled which is not as sharp.

Unit failed to resist rain
I tested the unit outside on my deck during a light rain shower. The next day when I opened the case it was filled with water. To its credit it did work when I went into test mode but there was water behind the LCD screen and all my batteries were wet as well as the sd card.Unit was returned that same morning.
