The media could not be loaded.  The sofa bed came in two separate packages. I initially got anxious because many parts were missing in the first package, but the customer service promptly clarified that the other parts were coming in a separate package. Indeed, the second package arrived, and all parts are in good condition. The sofa bed is easy to assemble and looks very nice as advertised. Even my guests (who came on the same day of delivery; thanks for the easy assembly) liked the sofa a lot. This is a value for money.
