great non duality wisdom
deals with a lot of topics such as emotions, pain, the free state and much more....if you want down to earth non duality you will love it. Just remember non duality can't be 'experienced' with words, you read about it but then you need to 'experience it', but Guidelines are always great and this book gives many clear guidelines....

Trying too hard...
Albert Einstein said: "Make it as simple as possible, but not simpler". This book tries to over-simplify the most challenging "Question of All",and to this reader it is a bit over-done. Read the authentic Ramana Maharshi writings, beautifully translated from the native Tamil-nadu,(by Osborne). Those who have come this far, might as well drink from the Real Spring...

Profound spirituality
Klein is a profoundly awakened consciousness. Much depth to his writings which will necessitate devoted rereading.

A Beautiful book
An excellent read for fans of non-duality practice. Jean Klein's writing is practically poetry, it flows and reads beautifully. One more word required, screw you, Amazon.

A wonderful pointer at what we are
The depth of the analysis ends in silence. It is full of pointers to what we really are, contrasting the direct path with the progressive path for me was an eye opener. It has finally given me a clearer understanding of what both are made of.

a must read for non dualists
this book clarified some misapprehensions I had about the direct path. After reading many books on this subject it was a relief to understand better

Good read!
A very insightful man. Perhaps even more succint and comprehensive than Ramana Maharshi himself. Although I would also encourage readers to check out Dr. Joseph Dispenza's "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" where neuroscience and the "now" leaves Eckhart Tolle inthe dust. It's not enough to just accept that it's always "now" as neurohabituation may be keeping you in a self-enforced feedback loop inhibiting access to the "field of presence."

Thank you
Grateful to have come across this. A lesson in being if anyone needs it, everyone does, hope others are lucky enough to come across and receive the Realisations in the words of this book.
