Can't believe this made it into Amazon's library. Very poor quality page-by-page scan of a vintage pressing of this title. This would not be a problem had the book been scanned properly, with its pages in their entirety. In this case, many pages are cut off on the left side from top to bottom, making it a bear to try and read and make sense of. Extra negative points for the irrelevant cover page photo. Returned for refund.
