My nutritionist told me I should add this to my water every day For health benefits. This is a new brand I tried because it was way less expensive however, when I first started using it, I didn’t like it because it was Too bitter. Now that I’ve been using it about a month I don’t even notice the bitterness. I will continue with this Brand product.

I have suffered leg jerking when falling asleep for a few years. I have used other brand name which helps a great deal. Unfortunately the price has gone way too high. I was happy to find this brand which is priced much reasonably, and it works just as effective. I use few drops into half cup of water before sleep every night, and it works like wonder.

I started taking mineral supplements (electrolytes) during a 3-day water fast and bought a different product for twice as much money.Never again!Note the labels and the slight differences in amounts of minerals. I don't know why the other costs so much, but this one is half as much for twice the amount. It's bitter, but I mixed with a little lemon and it was fine.

This product arrived and tasted like acid. I had to rinse my mouth out after mixing the half teaspoon in double the water and taking a tiny sip. Disgusting.

I add some to my juice at night and wa-la, no leg cramps!!
