I used a more expensive product for years, tried this fiber and wow! I use half a scoop to get the effect of twice the previous product.Dissolves / mixes great, tastes great, easy on stomach, effective on smooth morning movement. Great quality for half cost of other fiber products.I use nuricost protein powder as well

I bought this because I read that you should have a fiber supplement with multiple sources of fiber. Most of the major mainstream brands only have once source. I went through about 50 here and settled on this one, despite the reviews, because the price seemed good for what you were getting (multiple sources of fiber). It definitely doesn’t absorb as well as the major brands with the one source; but I use my milk frother to mix it in and this way there are no clumps and there isn’t any sludge at the bottom, which is enough for me to know I got the whole serving. It does have more of a “taste” (I got the unflavored) than Metamucil, but to me it’s not offensive, and this is going to happen with the multiple sources of fiber. I haven’t been using it long enough to speak to its effects but I will update in a few weeks or months. But overall, the taste and its ability to mix in gets a passing grade.

Cannot stand the taste of this, had to toss it after 2 attempts at mixing it with 40oz of water. It is NOT flavorless

It mixes well in room temperature liquids It has a seltzer-like bite to it and it does have a slight flavor but I'm really liking it so far. I like that it has a blend of fibers. Wish it had an option for a larger container too.

Bought this as cheaper than what I had earlier been buying. Not the best decision. It adds an odd flavor to everything I have tried and hard to mix in cold liquids. Works best in hot fluids for dissolving, but still flavors the drink. Will go back to the product I had been buying in the future.

It did not dissolve nicely. Had clumps. I was hoping for a more natural replacement for Benefiber. I could taste this easily. Not at all what I expected.
