Best Air Wlaking Boot for The Money
The boot arrived the next day after ordering and was packaged as you can see in the pictures. No damage to the boot during transit. The boot came with 3 extra pads and instructions.I had surgery on 5/14/19 to remove 3 Neuromas on my right foot, last 3 toes, so I'm only 3 days after surgery. This is important to note as my foot is still pretty swollen and sore. I have included a picture of the bandaged foot. I wear a size 8 shoe/work boot, and I ordered the medium boot per the sizing chart. I was worried that my foot would not fit because of the swelling and bandages, however the boot fits perfectly with room at the toe so it fits comfortably and does not put unnecessary pressure on the toe area. The ankle and calf area also fits very well and the sole is well padded. There are 3 velcro straps(well technically there is 4) the top has 2, 1 at the mid, and 1 at the toe. The straps are securely attached and are long enough to accommodate my bandaged foot. The liner is very comfortable, MAKE SURE THAT IT IS DEFLATED PRIOR TO PUTTING IT ON, once on it inflates quickly and provides very good support to your ankle. The sole is made to walk in with just enough curve to make walking easy even with crutches or a cane.I am very happy with my boot, I'm an active person and the "shoe" that was provided caused more pain then just not wearing it. I took the boot out for a spin and am very happy that I am now able to walk without pain, other than the normal surgical pain. I gave the boot 5 stars as I can not find anything wrong. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a foot injury.

GREAT QUALITY POST- OP BOOT
I have 3 metatarsal fractures in my left foot, and I am a nurse at an extremely busy hospital so I needed something OSHA approved. This product met those requirements. WONDERFUL shipping process, I received it (as guaranteed by amazon prime) in 1 day. Product arrived as I ordered it ,and it is exactly as it is pictured on amazon . The boot is very secure and well made, and would definitely protect my foot during hospital shift (better Than my normal tennis shoes I wear to work). Boot is easy to put on, with VERY adjustable straps on all sections of boots so it’ll fit certain areas right or loosened as needed, and removable padding inserts available if needed. It’s much lighter in weight than I expected (bc of the quality of the materials used) , so that’s ANOTHER positive. . Even though it’s bulkier and more heavy duty than my initial post op open toe boot my doctor gave me , this boot is WAY MORE COMFORTABLE and easier to walk in. Tomorrow is my first full hospital shift with boot on , so i will update my review with work experience THANKS AGAIN

Not perfect but I can make this work.
OK, you'll read reviews about the ball-shaped inflator irritating your shin. It's true. The manufacturer should have not nestled the inflator in a socket. That is uncomfortable and it doesn't matter whether or not the brace is inflated. I may take it out because the brace is snug enough on my ankle and leg to immobilize it without the air bladder and just use the straps. There are some padding issues due to my foot diagnosis- talar lesion, edema, achilles issues, etc. but I can work with this. On the bright side, it cost less to buy this online than to pay my insurance co-pay. Overall, it is fairly light and the factory padding is pretty good on the sides of the ankle and forefoot. It's a lot easier to walk in than a tall air-cast and for me, there's just enough....not too much of a rocker on the sole. (The last cast I had, the sole had such an exaggerated curve on the bottom that I couldn't use it without falling.) The enclosed toe box is nice so that your socks don't get filthy and there's no padding hanging out to get caught on anything. Pretty smooth walking once you get used to it. If your doc says it's ok to bend your ankle once in a while, I have found that just releasing the air and loosening the straps, I can slide my foot out of the boot and put it back on without disassembling it. One star off for the air inflator ball shin irritation. Otherwise, it seems fine with a little modification.

Good boot
This boot is very light weight and does the job it’s supposed to. I have a fractured foot and the similar model at the doctor’s office was over $400, so I’m very pleased with the price, as well. It is uncomfortable on my shin, but only after the third day of using it and I think that would be the case with any boot. This one did come with extra pads to insert wherever you need them, and now I’ve got one in the shin area. It was a bit tricky getting used to putting it on, but practice makes perfect, and now that I’m used to it, it’s a cinch. I wear a 7 1/2 - 8 women’s US size shoe, and the small boot fits with plenty of room for my toes.
