Strong!
I'm a fan of cupping and of red light, so when I saw a product that combined the two, I jumped at the chance. This one is interesting but hard to figure out. The manual doesn't tell you everything you need to know and is written in a small font on just a couple of small pages in the booklet. It does say in the manual, though you have to hunt for it, that you can't use it if it's plugged in to a charger, so hopefully my saying this will save you the 5 minutes I wasted trying to get the thing to turn on.The manual does not include things mentioned in the listing, such as the meaning of the different colors you get from cupping (though those will be familiar to anyone who has used cupping before). There is also no chart like what you usually get with cupping sets showing optimal placement of the product for various ailments. Instead, there is a long list of contraindications including such gems as having "blood pressure," menstruating, or "patients who are receiving medical treatment or feel abnormal in their bodies" (what exactly is it for then?).Apparently you can twist apart the unit and the manual recommends doing this. At first I thought it was to put water into the inside but I looked again and it's exactly the opposite: you open it to make sure the little foam ring they give you that looks like part of the packaging is in there to keep the unit's electronics safe in case it gets wet or covered in essential oil (because people use this while cupping, what?). It's irrelevant though because I was completely unable to twist it open. There are a bunch of different settings and I haven't been able to figure out what they all mean. You change settings by hitting buttons on the top of the unit. The buttons are very small and have icons on them, all the same black on white color, and they're extremely hard to tell apart. Remember that you have to use them after you've applied the unit to your body, which means you can't lift it up or even tilt it towards you. In most cases the unit will be on your back so you'll have to rely on whoever is placing it on you to check the settings. One of the buttons releases the pressure, but it's no different from the other buttons. If you needed to release it yourself, even if you could reach the unit, you'd fumble a lot trying to find it. Even with the unit placed in an easy to reach place, the button isn't easy to find. The suction is extremely strong. The lowest setting is about what you'd get for a professional cupping treatment. There is no gentle setting. That low level is in fact used professionally, both for sensitive clients, and because sometimes the treatment is done while moving the cup around on the skin and you simply can't do that with this product.Perhaps this is a 3.5 star product. I rounded up because the suction works well and the product will be useful. I just wish the manual were better and that the buttons were larger and easier to tell apart and use.

Strong suction
This is a pretty good cupping device. It's not really for beginners... or at least, beginners should approach this with caution as it has very good suction and can cause injuries if you aren't careful. Once you get the hang of it, it's no big deal. Overall build quality isn't the greatest, but it's better than other models in this same price range.

Red Light Cupping Therapy Massager.
This cupping device HURTS!! First the instructions don’t make sense, no matter how many times you read them.Second, this device will bruise you. 10 minutes? No I lasted 2 minutes, in horrible pain. I couldn’t get to the button to release the pressure fast enough. I had a huge bruise for days.Edit: the seller reached out to me and wanted to give me an updated version of the red light therapy cupping massager, and I’m glad the seller did. This upgraded version is so much better. I only stayed at the level 1 setting but I was able to keep it on my skin, and I plan to work my way up.And I should say that there is some foam that under the massager, do not throw those away, it’s extra filters for the cupping device; at least I think it is. The directions briefly mentions a filter.

Good product!
Aside from the suction being a bit too much on thew lowest setting, this is a good product to reduce pain for lower back or muscles combining vibrations, heat and red light, well made and easy to operate after reading the instructions!

Perfect operation, but not for me
I had never heard of cupping before I saw this. I did some research, and found it was used by, and liked by, a lot of people. I figured I'd give it a try.I of course used it at the lowest level, and honestly wonder how people use it at the high levels. I had read it is something I might get used to, but I haven't. The first sensation is kind of a pinching, and then remaining discomfort until I release the pressure. I have tried it for a number of days, and still do not necessarily feel any better when I'm done. The unit itself is nice looking and seems very well built. Nothing cheap about it. It functions perfectly and is easy to use. If this is something you already know works for you, this unit seems like it would be a great choice. If not, you have to decide if this is something you want to give a shot. What I know is, it's not for everyone.

Great Relief for Sore Muscles
As someone who suffers from chronic neck and shoulder pain, finding effective ways to relieve my discomfort has always been a priority. That's why when I came across the Electric Cupping, Smart Dynamic Massager, I knew I had to give it a try. This device features a 12-gear cupping massager and intelligent breathing cupping technology that offers various levels of suction to address different areas of concern. From low-grade suction for surface skin relaxation (1-4 gears) to mid-range suction for muscle therapy and pain relief (5-8 gears), all the way up to strong suction for deep tissue therapy (9-12 gears), this machine delivers on its promise. The two modes of intelligent breathing cupping were another pleasant surprise as they allowed me to adjust the intensity based on my needs. The deep negative pressure mode uses negative pressure adsorption and heating functions to provide extra relief, while the slow breathing mode allows for comfortable relaxation through free air pressure collection and release. After using it on myself first, I decided to test it out on my husband whose lower back often experiences stiffness and soreness after long hours sitting at work. He reported significant improvement in mobility and reduced pain after just one session.
