This lamp is pretty easy to use and it has a good design. It's easy to manipulate the lamp to aim in the direction you wanted to and it stays put. The controls are really straightforward and work well. I've used several other red light products and I can't say that I've noticed huge differences. This lamp itself is nice but I can't speak to the results of red light in general. I think it's worth giving a try as it's a nice alternative to medicines or more expensive procedures.

I ordered this Red Light Therapy Lamp after hearing a reputable physician talk about the potential benefits of red light treatments for aging skin. This gooseneck lamp is easily assembled and used right out of the box. It is not a wireless device and has a switch integrated with the cord (USB with an AC adapter included). The switch controls the adjustable brightness (660-850nm), includes a timer (15, 30, 45 minutes), and is user friendly. An included instruction booklet lists contraindications for use and recommends testing for sensitivity before regular use. I have only used this lamp for a couple of weeks but haven't experienced any negative results. I also haven't noticed any significant improvement in my skin, but I do feel more relaxed after each session. Hopefully, more frequent use will bring positive changes soon.

Was a nice lamp. But stopped working very quickly. Had to return and pay $9 processing fee from the refund.

This is a very good light that can be used on multiple body parts instead of just being aimed at 1 sole part such as face. It is lightweight and thus makes it very portable.I haven't been able to use it 3-4 times a week yet due to my schedule but now it's opening up I am looking forward to trying it more and hoping to see some results

Super easy to use with multiple brightness settings. Height is adjustable and it’s bendable to get in the right position. Feels nice when using. I haven’t used long enough to notice any difference in my skin.

It is stable and easy to adjust. It also has a timer, but the goggles are large and cover most of the face. I use it to treat my toe pain, and the pain has lessened, but not much, and the device does not come with a method of use for treatment or beauty.

This adjustable, red light therapy lamp is well-made and nice-looking. It is easy to put together. The height of this lamp is adjustable as well as the angle. The controls are easy to read and use. The lamp also has different brightness levels. Protective eyeglasses are included in the box.I have been using this lamp for pain reduction and better mobility on my neck and joints. It’s too early to know if it will help my arthritis, but I am enjoying its warmth and comforting effects. It helps to lift my mood during these winter months as well.

This review is from my wife: This lamp nice and bright and easy to use. It can be adjusted to the angle of your choice, is very sturdy and has a timer function. My only real gripe is that the safety glasses way too big in terms of coverage. I will need to purchase some smaller goggles to get the benefits of this lamp on more of my face. It feels nice to use and is definitely relaxing but it's too soon to know if I'll see visible results.
