Purchased this product to fix a wooden widow frame that leaked when we had heavy rain. Product was easy to apply and easy to clean off any overspray. Doesn't take long to dry so I was able to apply two coats within 30 minutes. No more leaks despite frequent heavy rain in last few weeks.Excellent product and good value for money.

We have a problem chimney, or a problem wall, or both. It’s the bane of my existence. Some people talk about ghosts haunting them. We don’t have ghosts but our damp wall haunts me.I’m sure there’s multiple issues, but one thing is for certain is that a drip comes down from the top of the chimney stack. I had new pots fitted and new flaunching. And still the bar steward leaked. Cue more scaffolding and I got up and had a look myself. The new flaunching had cracked, I can’t blame the workmen, I guess it’s the nature of the beast.So I bought this stuff. Facebook is full of periodic building buffs who claim I’ll be going to hell for using this product on a historic property, but you know what? It seems to have stopped our chimney leak from the top.I applied it with a brush. It’s quite thick but also runs if you’re not careful. So apply thinly and add additional coats of needed. It dries relatively quickly and gives a silicon seal looking film over the material applied to. Placing a hose on it generated no leaks, have I succeeded in solving one of my issues with my nemesis wall? Will it last? I don’t know. I hope so, as scaffolding is £500 a pop is too expensive to keep messing around with. But initial results are encouraging.

Only applied the product afew days ago so can't comment how long this product will continue to work but so far since applying this product it has stopped my upvc door leaking in rain water. Reasonable priced and is easy to apply and adhesion is excellent. Worth buying.

I have used this product to fix leaks in both felt and fibreglass flat roofs. The fibreglass roof showed no visible cracks or holes, and I had already tried other methods to fix the problem, but with no success. However, one coat of this product was sufficient to stop the leaking once and for all.

Application was easily applied with a brush. Thinners needed to clean brush. Unable to comment on whether effective as no suitable weather to test.

We had a leaking gutter joint which I tried all ways to sort, including lots of silicon, but as soon as it rained, the leak would show its ugly face. So we tried this and quite honestly, I was amazed at how quickly it sealed. I put it on just before lunch, came in and whilst having lunch a rogue black cloud decided our house and area needed a good wetting.NO LEAK.That was a few weeks ago now and we have had some huge downpours, but still no leak. Upon inspection, all was perfect. Brilliant stuff.One small thing, I ordered a 500ml tin and they sent 2 x 250ml tins. As I have, so far, only used a little means one tin is untouched whilst the other will be used over the next couple of weeks. Actually sending two small tins was better for me, so no complaints there at all.
