Very good pound cake mix - a little dry - but otherwise good

I’ve made this cake before. It is very good.But the box is smashed and the bagInside had leaked some.I’m not one to take chances, so I just threw it out.And, the first ingredient is sugar, not flour.And not cane sugar,

Usually my feedback on lemon products is they do not have enough lemon taste. Not so with this pound cake!! I would actually use less lemon zest next time. So if you love lemon, this mix will give you lemon

The ingredient list shown here on Amazon bears little resemblance to the ingredients listed on the package.On the website / On the packageWheat flour is 1st / Sugar is `1stNo dairy products / Buttermilk powderSugar and Confectioner’s Sugar / Those AND DextroseVanilla powder / What is Natural vanilla type flavor ?No gums / Guar gum and Locust bean gumNo soy / Soy flourNot surprisingly, this means the nutrition information online is also erroneous.I am allergic to soy. Evidently, this cannot be returned. Hopefully I can at least get a refund.

Great lemon pound cake - better than scratch made.

This needs so many ingredients added you may as well make it from scratch. Prepare to provide lemon juice, lemon zest, milk, 3 large eggs, and a stick of butter. I bought this for convenience during a busy, holiday week. I wish I hadn't :(I gave it 3 stars instead of one because I love Stonewall Kitchen.
