They do not help retract heat as much as we hoped but they do help a lot. I live in Denver and my apartment is on the third floor facing the direct path the sun hits every day and we have a window and a balcony sliding door on that wall.. That's a LOT of hot sun exposure coming in through glass. It's miserable in the summer! We dont use the heat in the winter because the sun alone keeps the apartment warm enough during the day, and we just have down blankets for night. So our energy bill in winter is great. But the building is old so the AC really has to work hard to keep up with the sun cooking our apartment. The curtains have helped significantly keeping the sun from cooking our apartment, and it seems like our unit is faster and easier to cool off when we get home from work. It's not as unbearable first thing when we walk in, and they're super soft and super cute!! Still wrinkled after a few weeks but thats no issue. Def worth the money!

I got enough of these to redo our camper in new curtains. They are really nice and look good to. Had to shorten them to fit and they sew so nicely.

We just moved into an apartment that has a patio door in the living room. It’s fitted with the standard white vertical blinds which are not only ugly, they are also a pain to open and close. I ordered 3 of these curtains in beige. The color is more of a straw color when the sun comes through them. Two panels are 52”x 96”. I placed these over the slider door so we can pull them apart to access the door. The third panel is 100”x96”. This panel covers the fixed part of the door. The rings make it very easy to open and close the panels. These curtains do block a lot of light. They also help insulate against heat loss through the giant glass door. The creases from packaging came out easily by tumble drying on low and hanging immediately.

Easy to wash. Very nice curtains. I would buy again.

Of course these are folder into a little package and when I opened them there were a lot of folds showing.Nice fabric but after waiting a week while they hung I knew the folds were not going to go away.Purchased a little portable steamer on Amazon and after spending a few hours I managed to get 90% of the folds and wrinkles outNow they look great and my wife is very happyWell priced so spend a little extra time and they will look great

This drape is a nice very light grey, almost white. I had hoped the length would be OK for a basement bedroom. Unfortunately, when holding it up, it is not. The seller was great. I have the return labels and will ship them back.
