I just got these yesterday so I've only been taking them for 2 days, let me tell you I can tell a difference already. I only take 3 capsules a day, I take them in the morning today is the 2nd time I've taken them & my cravings & eating habits are changing. By itself, it only helped a little. I also take it daily with Solaray's ashwagandha (which is supposed to help the thyroid). Together I get a difference and it helps -- still not a miracle -- but they help.

Not for me, after taking these I felt very tired, depressed and lethargic, I couldn't function. It happened right away, I cant take these, not for me. I was looking for the opposite, still am. Very disappointed.

I didn't notice any changes after taking one bottle of this supplement. I think it may be effective for other people, but I don't know if it was effective for me.

Must have product without synthetic hormones or a Mirena iud
