Works well
My husband injured his hip and it was very hard for him to sit on the toilet, this product works Great and provides stability for his 185 lb 6 ft frame. The value is excellent and it was pretty easy to assemble. It is easily adjustable but it was just right so I didn’t need to make any adjustments. I received it the same day I ordered it too. Highly recommend!

WOW!!!
Bought one for my husband a few days ago and I couldn't believe the quality of this toilet safety rail. It's very sturdy, goes together quickly and is way more than I expected, especially for the price. It looks nice and is easily moveable (just pick it up and move it) to clean around. I am SO PLEASED that I bought another one for our second bathroom. I have NO issues with the back suction cups sticking or not sticking to the floor as others have complained about. They do not stick to my vinyl floor and it doesn't make ANY difference to me - it is just that sturdy in my opinion. Highly recommend!

Sturdy, Well-made, nice quality and finish.
I didn't know how this would work for me, but it's great! It does fit in the space behind the lid, so the lid can still be open or closed. There's also a great feature with the front base; you can roll a wheelchair small, front wheel up and around the base, then lock that side, and keep the wheelchair at a diagonal, lock the other brake. The stand will stay locked in place (jiggle it first to be sure it's position is like that), and there becomes a small but fairly safe space to stand up, turn in small shuffled steps going clockwise direction, remove pants, move your hands from wheelchair arms to the frame's arm rest, and sit down. I also like that it's foldable and not attached to the toilet, so I could use it on other toilets. I also like the adjustable height.

Did the job
Easy to assemble, the suction grippers in the back keep it from moving side to side. It feels a little unstable in the front until you apple a little weight on the handle. Not a big deal after you get used to it. This item worked well for me after hip surgery.

Why I would never recommend this product
My husband has balance and walking disabilities due to several medical issues including Parkinson's & Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (AKA, Water on the brain)and is 79. I purchased this item as he has fallen at least40 times in the past two years. I tried to put this together for well over an hour without success. It had two large pieces seemed to be the arm rests,4 pieces for the floor two suction cups & two floor pieces because they appeared to have flat bottoms. All the other parts were pieces of metal of similar leinghts, however, none fit & none were interchangeable. I was only able to get one piece to inter- connect & NO INSTRUCTIONS!!! INSTRUCTIONS WOULD'VE HELPED!!!

Difficult to assemble.
This would have been easy to assemble if the leg extensions would fit into the frame. It required a hammer to get them inserted and I was never able to get the button and the hole lined up because I can’t twist it. I also required a hammer to insert one of the clips as the hole was too small.

Works for me: bad knees, overweight, wide
Adjustable for width (I'm overweight) and height. Has suction cup bottoms on the back legs. Zero movement. Because it is not attached to the toilet, I can move it (foldable) when we're expecting company or move it to my seat in my shower to help with up and down there too. I do not use the toilet roll feature and would have a struggle to reach where it is if I did. Only negative is that on the toilet I have, reaching to flush while still seated is a bit challenging because the handle is almost directly behind two of the cross rails. If I travel somewhere that does not have accessibility hardware in the bathroom (aka relatives), I could take this with me. It would fold up nicely and not take up too much trunk space.
