I’ve been taking this MEGA food for about 2 weeks now, and the biggest change I’ve noticed its on my quality of sleep. I used to be a light sleeper. Now I can sleep longer, and I feel I’m waking up in the morning fully rested.At the beginning I was kind of worried because I tried different MCT oils, but the problem was that after using them for a while, it could cause my gut to become irritated. Great product. I have been taking MCT for about a year now and some give meStomach discomfort so i had to look for a version that was all C8 or mostly C8. This version is mostly C8 and did for me what i expected. It has given me a good amount of physical and mental energy without the stomach pains. I will keep using it as well.

Didnt notice a difference in taking them but idk if there supposed to be packaged well expiration good.

So far, so good. I've been taking these instead of the actual oil. I like the pills better because I don't have to taste it.
