As far as everything else, shipping was quick and its stabilized in the box well - they use some wood corners so it doesn't get whacked. Assembly was pretty quick, not to bad. The color matches one of the toolsets I picked up so it's like a perfect match. Seems to roll well, but I won't use that feature myself. This tool chest was so tightly packaged in styrofoam and plywood that the defects mentioned below had to have come from the manufacturer.The bottom access panel on the front was caved inwards, the lid of the smaller toolbox is dented on both ends (even though it was securely bolted to the inside of the chest), and one of the drawers is broken or installed incorrectly. Either way, this drawer is useless as-is.This chest should have come in pieces. I would have been much happier assembling it myself.I'm so frustrated. What a scam.
