Never got my refund from Amazon ☹️
Returned the door bell in never used new condition but never received my refund as according to Amazon I hadn’t returned it. I’ve got the receipt from the post office but according to Amazon, it’s my responsibility to investigate why they didn’t receive said package. My first bad experience shopping with/via Amazon, hopefully never happens again and I guess I’ll just have to kiss my money 💰 goodbye. 👋🏻 The actual doorbell didn’t work for me as the app wouldn’t let me progress with the upload etc. wouldn’t recommend it based on that.

Very well manufactured.Unfortunately I could not get the camera to link to my smart phone so reluctantly I had to return it.

There is an excess of phantom rings. It is possible to reduce these within the app - but not by much. Potentially a big negative.

Honestly for the price feels and looks and even works like if not better than a £150 ring door bell I’ve had one they’re rubbish set up within 5 mins working exactly how it should no messing around great device

Sent back kept drooping out wifi was 94% and kept missing callers to front door this is 4 th one i tried the only what was good was the ring one but it no memory card but worked well but you have to pay so i sent it back fitted a door bell in stead
