Easy to use and adapts to any situation.
I had bought a barn door with hardware from a local big box store. The problem was that the included pine mounting board was only 1" thick and they wanted it installed directly over the drywall. They said to locate the wall studs and use their wood screws to anchor the mounting board. The bar is mounted with lag bolts. The problem was that the lag bolt layout landed between the studs. They provided plastic anchors for the lags. Unfortunately after everything was installed per their instructions the lag bolts started to sag causing the bar to sag. After careful review I replaced the pine board with two 1"x 6" oak board mounted together with construction glue. I then removed the drywall and installed the new oak mounting board directly to the exposed studs. I used tech screws which I countersunk and then installed oak plugs. I had stained the oak a dark color and it looks beautiful. The great thing is the lag bolts did not sag. The floor has porcelain tiles which prevented me from using the provided floor mounted door guide. They also included a plastic guide that had a tab which ran in a groove in the bottom of the door. This plastic guide was to be screwed into the wall. The problem was any side pressure on the door while opening or closing would cause the tab to bind and grab the edge of the groove. I went online with Amazon and found the EverHome Hardware barn door guide. I used the two small roller configuration and mounted the steel bracket with my 4" tech screws directly into the corner stud. After making the final adjustments I could not believe how effortlessly the door moved and stayed in proper alignment. This floor guide is easy to use and adapts to any situation. I give it a five stars for its overall quality and I think the price is fair.

Works great! I bought this because I have a sliding barn door between two rooms in my house and the door scrapes the wall a bit. The metal that this is made out of is solid and not cheap crap. The spacers are easy to lock/unlock with just your fingers and you can adjust the distance between them easily to accommodate doors of different thicknesses.

Well made, as advertised
Well made and easy to install. But dang, they used the smallest print possible on the instructions!!

Great for the price
I've been looking for a door guide that I didn't have to drill holes in the floor, and I found it! The wheel on this glides smoothly and quietly. It seems to be durable, not cheaply made, even though the price was inexpensive. Came with lots of parts for different installations and instructions that we're easy to read. Very happy with my purchase!

Works well and multiple adjustments can be made.
This is a high quality product that has kept our barn door in place. Installation was easy and there are multiple ways you can adjust it for your own specific application.

many configurations in one!
These work very well for my barn doors i built in my home. they can be configured several different ways to accommodate different doors or to adjust the gap you need to the door frame. They look nice too!

Sturdy with everything needed for installation
I needed a barn door guide for an outdoor shower with rollers on the inside and outside edges of the door. This worked perfectly. Comes with both through bolt and lag screw hardware — a nice touch.

Well designed & flexible but not rugged enough for Real barn doors
I can highly recommend these for use with non-barn doors that are styled like barn doors. The flexible design is very clever. The nut at the bottom is recessed into the bracket so that nothing sticks below the bracket. However the screws that fasten these to the door frame (wall) may not be sufficient to withstand the impact of a large animal.
