This thing isn't inherently bad, but it was a strikeout for me. I was hoping for something clean to use in the bathroom - I have 3 devices to plug in (razor, Alexa, and trimmer charger) - they all have big plugs, so I figured the big spacing would work out well, and the USB is a bonus for charging my phone while getting ready and having my phone on to control the music coming through Alexa. The price was great too.Unfortunately, it struck out. No matter how I try to orient my 3 plugs, I can't make them all fit. The plugs just aren't quite far enough apart. It's a shame, because they were obviously spaced apart for something bigger than a standard plug.Design-wise, I'd definitely give it a 3. The single plug that goes into the existing outlet is dead center - meaning when you install this, it'll cover both plugs, but it's not aligned with the outlet - it's off-center either towards the top or the bottom - so for anyone picky about aesthetics, it may bug you. Also, it does not have the screw that goes through the middle to secure it, so it'll be wobbly.I haven't even tried the USB ports - but they say 2.1a so hopefully they work. I'd want fast charging for a bathroom charger - no idea where this lands, but we'll see when I put it elsewhere.For me, it's going in a drawer as I have no real use for it right now.

One works fine but the other started making this noise ... like a beeping error sound and it’s really annoying. Would like it if the seller sent me a replacement because something seems wrong or broken.

I bought 2 of these unit to expand the outlets and usb in the master bedroom. Out of the box, they both worked great! After a few months, the usb malfunctioned on one of the unit while the other still worked. I re-read some of the reviews and saw that several others had the same issue!

After a couple months, both of the USB slots stopped working on one of the units. This did, however, help me to determine that more that half of the plug adapters that had accumulated in my house over the years were also faulty.

The USB ports do not work

Unlike another similar product, this did not feel hot to the touch after any time plugged in. It's nice to be able to charge multiple devices an still have a lamp and other things plugged in at the same time

When you order these, go ahead and get some double-sided adhesive foam tape. You'll need it to keep 'em in the socket. Other than that, they work well.

The media could not be loaded.  Not stable inside the outlet. Very tight ports - you need to use a lot of pressure.Anyway it works. Good price for two.
