Not right length for the flutes

Very touch carbide endmill.. After making a few test cuts with it, it's cuts wood extremely easily, there is a bit of tearout, but this is an upcut bit, so that's to be expected.On aluminum, it's a dream. Ramping into 1" thick aluminum stock, with a 2, 3, and 4 degree ramp, it's cuts cleanly. It struggles a bit on a str8 4degree entry ramp, but at some point, it's essentially slotting.This endmill will be great for adaptive clearing, where you can keep the chipload light, and slow sidewall finishing passes. Great product!!!

They do not even show a photo of the actual flute on this listing. I've cut hundreds of hours with many Amazon brands of O flute 3/16 bits. Thin sheet. .125" down to .040" and this cannot even cut it at half the speed. It cannot remove the material because the flute is so small. Either that or I was sent the wrong bits.

Husband is pleased with these milling bits, and has found they work well on both wood and aluminum. They are well made and performed as advertised.
