I purchased the Level Up unit in January of 2021. It has worked perfectly without any issues. When I lost the USB charging cord I went to the company to purchase a replacement cord. To my amazement I was sent a free replacement cord. That is when I knew that not only was the product a fine quality product but the customer service was second to none. This is a very good product. Easy to use, easy to clean. There was a glitch with my first order, but the company contacted me and were clearly very interested in ensuring that the issue was resolved. They get high marks for responsiveness. The only reason I gave a 4- instead of 5-star review is that the instruction manual is unclear and missing some important information. If the manual were rewritten I would definitely give this product 5 stars.

I like this hydrogen bottle system very much. It’s portable and very attractive. I carry it with me when I travel. The company is very easy to work with. I knocked over the bottle one day and the glass shattered on my counter. I contacted the company and was able to get a quick response and a replacement right away. They were easy to work with and I received the glass bottle quickly. The water tastes very good. It feels clear and clean on my tongue. I feel more energy too. Great product. I would recommend it to everyone.

I broke the glass and reached out to customer service by email. Heard back almost instantly and days later received another one!!!! Wow, that's service!!!! During the days without it I felt a huge difference in how I feel. I love this little generator. It is small but generates a robust hydrogen water. I tried many for less money and they did nothing. I highly recommend this product.

It is a great product, very easy to use, and I feel very good drinking hydrogen water through this glass, and physically it looks beautiful. Our Level Up died within two or three months. The company was kind enough to send us another. Now after a year, both units are dead. They light up. However, when the button is pushed, the blue light comes on, a bubble or two is produced, then it dies. For a $150, it's not worth it. Also the USB is poorly designed. In order for the unit to light up (and charge), I have to weigh down the cord where it plugs into the power converter (AC to USB). Otherwise, no power gets to the unit. We tried hydrogen pills. Expensive. Not recommended for everyday use, unless you're sick.

Ended up sending this back. Low quality product. On box days “made in PRC”. Chinese instructions that aren’t that great. Product did not generate big enough bubbles and required 24 hr soaking to saturate the generator. Not impressed with this product for the just under 200 bucks I paid. Company says they are a Florida company but seems to be just a distributor as product is clearly Chinese. Things didn’t line up well and the thing didn’t hold a charge for long at all. Very unimpressive. Company DID seem to have good customer service in that they offered to send me a new one for free but I refused. I purchased another product that is far superior and made in USA

Leaks when using the oxygen adapter the main reason I chose this one .the water bottle part works great.!
