I like how well packaged and sealed this collagen supplement is. I think my hair, skin, and nails are thicker and stronger since I have been taking this supplement.

These are great for helping to take care of your hair skin and nails! They taste good, are easy to take and a good value for the money.

Taste: Honestly good for it being a vitamin with a strong lemon flavor which is nice.Skin health: I really didn't see any difference in it with using it every day even along my other supplements I take.Ingredients: I am impressed by all of them. No fillers compared to other brands that say they do the same thing for your hair and nails but they really don't.Overall, this is probably just my personal experience with them, but they did not help my hair or nails whatsoever compared to others one I have used in the past.

We love the ease of gummies, and these offer a great combination of biotin, collagen, vitamin C/E, and zinc with a great taste and texture. If you are not a big lemon fan, the taste may be just a little sour to you. Zinc does not always agree with me, but these gummies have a reasonable dosage (just under 50% of your daily allowance) that I can take on an empty or full stomach without any problems. I'm not sure that I have made it to "no filter" status just yet, but these gummies do appear to be helping with overall complexion and hair/nail growth.

They're citrus flavored and easy to chew. Now that I've finished the bottle, I can't say that I've seen any improvement in my hair, skin or nails though.

Really great vitamins. Great tasting. I notice my hair and nail growing and my skin glowing.

I have been taking these every other day or so for about 2 months. For someone (like me) who enjoys lemon candies, these taste great! I haven't noticed much difference with my skin or fingernails, which is where I had hoped to see a difference because of the inclusion of Collagen in this product. I have noticed my eyelashes & eyebrows seem to be growing longer and quicker. The downside to this is that other hair grows faster too - inside my nose, on my upper lip, other places 😳 But I knew this would happen, from taking Biotin in the past. I will hang in there and finish the bottle, to see if any other noticeable difference shows in my skin.

The front of the bottle made me think this was a collagen supplement, but the main ingredient is Biotin and contains a small amount of collagen per serving. It’s also unclear that the product page indicates it containing multiple types of collagen, but also specifies that only Type I collagen is used. Other than the confusing information on the bottle and the product page, these vitamins have a good amount of Biotin per serving, and they taste great. I would expect to pay less for Biotin though. The price is more in line with collagen supplements.
