Sold as Android 9 os but is actually Android 6 os so apps do not work, camara is poor, it is a nice looking phone though so if all you want to do is make and receive calls its great.

It's not able to download apps so no use. Purchased for mother for her holidays , Turned on second time and it now won't come on just flashes. Don't buy rubbish.

I bought this for my elderly mother as a replacement for one (of many) that she damaged. I thought that with this being Android, she would be familiar with its use, as she only uses her phone to do her Daily Mail `reward`points and check her electricity bills, along with a couple of games. The games she was familiar with, Solitaire and Candy Crush, for example, no longer work for her as they are designed for the latest version of Android - this is version is only Android 4 (It's now version 13). As a consequence, Play Store will not install, so no useful Apps or games available.
