It works fine as an eSATA dock. I haven't used it for anything other than a backup drive to my server. I do wish that it had a button to press for releasing the drive, but it works well.

Works good for what I got it for
Works good for what I got it for...mounting and recovering data from another HD...But it came with a hardware cloning manual....but not the software disk to run it

The hard drives spin up and keeps spinning until you turn it off.Even if you dont access itThe hard drives are spinning no matter.KNow its not possibleBut I wish I could get the product backand I regret buying

Very useful
I'm a computer technician and I do lots of HDD cloning and copying. This device has proven to be a reliable tool to have in my arsenal. So far no issues with it. I'll update should anything change down the road

Exteremely adviced! Worth your money!
It works really and you can connect any hdd drive to it. Even card reader is super useful. As an IT guy it s my daily device to use.
