We used this to trim a mirror. It turned out great. The tiles were easy to apply and has held up well.

This tile is absolutely stunning! It is beautiful and has a bit of a natural shell shimmer to it, without being gaudy. The tile backing is nice, thick, and well padded. The adhesive is very strong, and I did not need anything to hold the tile up while it dried. I just pressed around on it for about twenty seconds, and it was not going anywhere. It is obviously meant to be very permanent, which suits me. Although install was extremely easy, there is something to keep in mind. You can cut the tile to size between the shell squares with ease. If you want to cut the individual shell squares you need glass cutting tools. I chose to forgo this hassle. I measured and cut the tiles carefully. At the edges of the backsplash, I cut small pieces of tile to fill the gaps and removed the whole square shell pieces from the backing. I then adhered the backing only. When I did the caulk, I put caulk tape over the backing to cover the missing tile area. Worked out great. Used regular caulk for the rest of the sealing. Keep in mind that although this is seamless tile, you need to butt-up the tiles well in order to create that seamless look. I did end up with one seam, but I just backfilled with caulk, wiped down the tile, and presto- can't see it anymore. Just a heads up- although I have done regular tile once before, this was my first experience with permanent peel and stick tile and although my work may not be perfect, it was easy, and I am thrilled with the results. What a beautiful and high-quality product. I will be buying some of the ivory white tile for the backsplash in my other bathroom.

This set of peel and stick backsplash tiles arrived intact as described in a simple manufacturer cardboard box. These are absolutely genuine shell, not some sort of reproduction. Each square in the mosaic of 12” x 12” tile are unique with smooth finish and pearlescent colors.I’m not ready to adhere these yet but will update this post when complete. I am reluctant to use any kind of peel and stick in a backsplash situation particularly in a kitchen with temperature and moisture extremes, but these seem worth the risk. Should they not stay put, I’ll use them for something else. I frankly can’t wait - they are that stunning to look at from all angles, hence mesmerizing.
