Acropass Trouble Cure Instant Acne Pimple Patch with Dissolving Hyaluronic Acid Micro Structure

I never had issues with hormonal cystic acne until I hit my 30s. Since then, I have had a bad time of getting it under control. I have tried microdermabrasion, custom acne topical creams, differin, but the acne kept raging on. I was having another 3 week run with re-appearing cysts on my chin, so I tried this out. They work fantastic! I think the key ingredient is the niacinamide. I bought a custom topical cream prescribed by a doc and it had that. Cream didn't work because product always showed up dried up in the bottle. When I use these patches it immediately flattens the cyst and decreases the pain. I was getting another bad one (in a different spot ☹️) after using these earlier this week. It pretty much stopped the explosion. My only complaint is the few amount of patches that come in the box. I don't mind paying for something if it works, but 6 barely handles a cystic breakout for me. I'll probably buy a couple of boxes and use them only for the monsters.

I wish that I had this when I was a kid! So... I'm an old guy with tough skin - too much weather, dirt, grease and sun for too many years - that finds himself with pimples. (Doc says, "...many men experience hormonal changes as they age." Seriously. ) At any rate... The prospect of dealing with cystic pimples again after all these years was more than I could take without doing something - anything - about them; so after looking at some online reviews I thought I'd give these a try. After one overnight application my (two) pretty big blemishes were essentially gone - a little redness but no sebum/puss and no swelling or sign of infection. I put a dot of antibiotic ointment on the red spots that morning and by evening they were gone as well. Wow. If these work as well as they did on my tough old hide... Just say'n. I re-ordered because I'm never - if I can help it - going to be without these in my medicine cabinet. I couldn't be happier.

I'm 30 and although I take care of my skin, I sometimes get bad hormonal cystic acne. It comes and goes and I've tried a lot of different things that help temporarily but it takes a while and even so,the break outs always come back. When I came across this product, after reading reviews I got decided to give it a try to see if it would reduce the size and time I have the cyst. A lot of people had luck. Unfortunately it didn't work for zits that we're deep cysts under the skin. It helped reduce the size of a few cysts on occasion but not every use. It only seemed to work on zits that have come to a head. So I'm giving it three stars for that. It's also very expensive for just a few patches so it's not feesible for someone that gets more than just one or two of the occasional zit.

This didn't work once on any type of acne I used it on, unfortunately. Presentation and packaging were nice, so I had high hopes. I used Fakespot on this product and it insisted all the reviews were legit and not paid promotions, so I guess it only works on certain skin types. What a bummer!

I usually don't leave reviews, but for this one, I just have to, cuz it works amazingly! I was skeptical about acne patches, since I heard so many good things about the Cosrx pimple master patch, but it did literally nothing for my acne! Recently, I watched a youtube vid recommending zipsticka, so I looked up on amazon, but the reviews on it wasn't so great and it's expensive. When I was just about to give up on acne patches, I saw this recommendation of similar products. The reviews are largely positive, so I decided to try it out. It just arrived yesterday. I put it on 3 of my cystic acne last night. Woke up this morning, took off the patches, and I saw my acne became small and are no longer painful!!! This product works great!

I get one or two big cystic acne lesions per months related to hormones; I’m almost 50. Twice daily washing with benzoyl peroxide and a Vitamin C serum has helped a lot but NOTHING helped when those huge cysts popped up - until now. At the first sign of a cyst, I apply one of these and wear it overnight. During the day, I use a less visible acne patch with salicylic acid if I have to leave the house, then another Acropass patch overnight. Two nights and it’s 90% gone! Five stars, two HUGE thumbs up, best thing I’ve ever found to deal with this cystic acne. A bit pricy but worth the price as it’s the only patch that contains niacinamide and IT WORKS!!

So it flattened my cystic acne until I let me skin breathe after removal and it was swollen again. It took days..pretty much as long as it would normally take to clear

I bought these fancier patches hoping that they'd work a bit better for stubborn spots vs. regular hyaluronic patches. I actually think that they were less effective -- perhaps because it was harder to create a tight seal with the patch? Not sure. But I had much more success just pre-treating a spot and then putting a regular patch on it.This might work for you, but I believe you can achieve the same results with a cheaper product regardless.

A mi me ha gustado este producto por que los granos (eran profundos y me dolia al tocarlos ) en los que yo aplique los parches se redujeron significativamente. Lo unico malo esque vienen solo 6, en mi opinion no es suficiente para hacerlos desaparecer completamente.Para que este producto fuera una buena relacion calidad precio deberia incluir mas parches.Si estas desesperada como yo esto ayudara a que el grano hormonal mejore pero estaras frustada por que no se ira completamente con solo un parche y tendras que usar otro.

Hat bei mir super funktioniert. Mein riesiger unterirdischer Pickel, den ich alle paar Monate mal bekomme, wird durch die Verwendung eines Patches über Nacht merklich kleiner bzw. so behandelt, dass dieser sich nicht entzündet oder noch größer/dicker wird. Natürlich ist das kein Wunder-Patch und lässt den Pickel nicht von heute auf morgen verschwinden, aber ich sehe einen deutlichen Unterschied. Zusätzlich hat der Patch die Wirkung, dass man den Pickel nicht ständig mit den Fingern anfasst oder gar daran rumdrückt. Der Preis ist hoch, aber da ich die Patches nur selten benötige ist das für mich akzeptabel. Es gibt auf dem Markt aber durchaus auch preisgünstigere Produkte, die für mich ebenfalls gut funktioniert haben.
