Great Quality Great Price
I have been using this bench for a couple of weeks now so base my review on daily use. It arrived well packaged and was easy to put together. The instructions were not the best in the world but it was obvious which of the parts went where, there are only a few of them! The bench is not thickly padded but is comfortable to lie on. I am using it on carpet and the rubber feet grip it very well. I am 90kg and use dumbbells to 40kg. It is extremely stable. This is better than benches I have seen costing twice as much.
