I have used turmeric on and off for a decade, but this is the first time, if I remember rightly, that I have had iot with black pepper, although I do seem to remember reading somewhere the black petter helps to absorb it or make it more bioavailable.For the price these seem to be really good value for money. There's a good amount of turmeric iin each capsule, they're easy to swallow, vegan friendly, made in the UK and certified here,, and although the capsules are quite large I found them easy enough to swallow, and they left no aftertaste or caused any digestive issues.

This is a good value supplement with providing Turmeric as it's main ingredient with added black pepper to provide better absorbency.It is a large pack providing 365 capsules. Typically you would have 2 of each so this would give you 6 months supply but depending on your needs you can have more.If you wanted to increase your intake of turmeric then these can be good value but there are loads of options available on Amazon so it may be worth also looking at the dosage to compare pricing with other options.
