Great customer care and a great starter road bike
Great bike! Lovely aero frame, can’t go wrong for the price point!Small issue when the bike arrived the front inner tube was torn however got in touch with the seller who sent out two new ones! Great service!

CHEAP POOR QUALITY
Utter cheap crap. At first it seems the bike is good, looked good but as you ride around 200 miles the problems started. The gears broke which meant I couldnt shift in the front. Then everything became loose and I noticed the very poor quality of which this bike is made off. To top it off the bike arrived with broken inner tubes which they sent a replacement for and they were wrong anyway! But the best part is when I tried to fit a new tyre onto a bike and was notified the wheel size is slightly too small as it must have been manufactured in a wrong size so no new tyre will fit now. Looks good but utter cheap crap. Spend a little more on a decent bike.
