This worked as expected. I like the assortment of rhinestones, I was able to get started on a practice project right away. The tweezers are metal with sharp tips, they work well and are sturdy. Overall, this feels like a real crafting tool rather than a teens toy.On the negative side, the instructions are quite skimpy. And clearly a mediocre translation. Since the operation of the hotfix tool is quite simple, this did not cause any issues for me. It would have been nice if they included a couple of pattern ideas.The sort of negative is that the plastic tray that comes in the storage box is very flimsy. It will not hold up to being used long term and is frustrating to put back after you have gotten items from beneath it. That said, the storage box itself is sturdy and roomy enough to be able to put everything away easily ( after taking the flimsy tray out) and I was able to put some additional rhinestones in as well.

I do a lot of crafting and wanted to buy this too put some rhinestones on a sweat jacket that I bought. It heats up very quickly and it’s so very easy to use and the rhinestones definitely stay in place if you follow the directions for the time, etc. The package came with a lot of different rhinestones and various colors I highly recommend this tool if you plan on putting rhinestones on any fabric.

This is a fantastic value. I love the storage case. The included stones seem to hold up well they stick to everything I’ve used them for. Pretty easy to use. I’d still recommend practicing on something if you’ve never done it before.

I haven't had a chance to use it much yet but I loved that it came in its own plastic storage box. I like the shape and weight of the hot fix tool. I didn't give it 5 stars because I can't attest to its longevity as I haven't used it very long yet. I also love that it isn't pink like all the others. Pink isn't my favorite color.

Got for my mother for crafting she likes the product very much.

Simple to use, it had everything I needed.
