When ordering, I was worried about how it would fit...how it would feel...and if it would activate my claustrophobia. Just arrived, and I tried it out. The fit is perfect. It is smaller than it looks in photos... but it fits my round, fat face just fine with no gaps! It feels much better than the disposable face masks...and Did Not affect my claustrophobia.Also, was worried about bad breath being trapped in there.... So I ate stinky cheese then wore the mask. NO smell. Seriously. I don't know how that is possible? But really cool.Speaking of which... my face did not heat up under there. Temp in my house is 72 degrees F. Even after walking it was acceptable.Only drawback I encountered was wearing eyeglasses with it on. Kinda awkward to sit them close up to your eyes due to the plastic in nose piece... However, would rather deal with it than the flu.This item may just save my life. No Exaggeration.... I am seriously high risk. This gives me hope.I HIGHLY Recommend!!!!

These are amazing! I am a professional opera singer and was required to travel to a few other states during flu season. Folks were hacking up a lung next to me but I wore this like a champ and stayed healthy! The filters are the best part for sure. The air you breathe isn’t cool or anything (can be hot at times), but it’s much easier with this filter than a regular surgical mask. I bought a 3-pack but will buy again as soon as those get warn out.

I purchased back in May 2018, before they had choices so I wasn't sure what I was getting, thanks for adding options by the way. What came was the filterless version, which I wanted, and they fit and worked perfectly. The fit for me was snug, my head size is slightly large I would assume (19-21 inches measured around head at nose bridge)Used 3 for about a week each then washed them with my clothes on delicate cycle and hung to dry. Still worked perfectly although the shape was noticeably different. Later I would throw them in the dryer and only the elastic shrunk alittle.Used them for various work areas: gardening (pollen, fresh cuttings, dusty sheds), automotive (gasoline, brakeparts cleaner, solvents, grinders), aerospace (epoxys, soldering, solvents). They do keep the smell out as long as you fit them around the nose slightly, I wear prescription glasses so that wasn't a issue but when I worse contacts I would notice some smell but still significantly less than not wearing a mask.After 6 months the charcoal is still working albeit less than new after so many washes so I may buy more. They work perfectly when I sleep during allergy season as I would have a runny nose and need an inhaler for a few months and couldn't breathe well but the mask helps. Not an immediate resolution, maybe after 2-3 days of wearing to bed and throughout the day did the symptoms go away. Also works when I would visit friends houses with cats, unless cat hair got on the mask.Good to look like Sub-Zero for Halloween as well or a ninja if that's your thing.

I am an LMT and to be safer or myself and my clients during flu season, I use a mask when working on them. It came with 3 masks and 3 filters for the inside. It’s easy to wash and so far, I haven’t gotten sick.

I bought them to reduce exposure to perfumes -- my initial tests indicate that they seem to work for this purpose.Some other masks claim a replaceable activate carbon filter -- these appear to be sewn in. Not sure how one would wash them (will exposure to soap consume the carbon filter capacity?).I find them a little small for my face. And it would be nice if they had a metal clip at the top to provide a better seal at the top of the filter (which would limit/prevent fogging your glasses from air passing around the nose).Overall, I'm happy with them -- and it's a good price.

Use these when mowing during high allergin times. They are comfortable enough, although nothing beats NOT having anything in front of your nose. Reminds me a bit of being a kid in the winter up north, with a wool scarf over the face--except this is much, much better and not hot!

The mask works ,accept i wish I purchase a brighter color like pink. Walking down the street looks strange to people.
