SRB Photographic 52mm Slim Neutral Density ND1000 10 Stop Circular Filter

I love this filter! I was a little apprehensive as i purchased this having read various reviews online saying how cheap filters were terrible and how bad the colour casting is and blah blah blah. I have only had one instance of bad colour casting and i'm not sure if it was due to using a quick shutter speed (6sec), or low f.stop (5.6), but all my other images using this filter have been absolutely fine. Even in the affected images, when i adjusted the white balance the shots came out ok. (EG stock images (hopefully) attachedI'd say it is a great starting point for getting an ND filter... I have no plans to get a new one any time soon as this does everything i wanted and more!The only downside, but this comes from the style of filter, is it being a circular - it is difficult to get the correct focus as in most instances your view finder will be completely black so you can't manually focus. The work around is to focus your lens without the filter then either make a quick mark (non permanent!) on your lens, or try and use your fingers to hold the focusing ring whilst screwing in the ND

Fantastic. No color tint. Photos are sharp. Like it so much, I bought a 77mm one for my ultra wide angle. Completely knock the socks of any big brands and their ridiculous pricing.

Has revolutionised how I take longer duration images. It fits snugly onto my Canon lenses and is a brilliant addition to my photographic equipment and imagery.
