I recently started a laser business and I purchased several of these style wallets. The TigerStone comes in as my #1 so far. The quality is better than the $4 - $140 ones I have purchased for engraving. It comes very well packaged in a great gift box and with a very well made screwdriver for removing the scales for engraving. I only wish the scales were reversible so I could hide the TigerStone engraving for my customization..

Minimalistic, but holds all the cards and cash I need. I really like this wallet.

This wallet is sleek and nice looking plus RFID blocking. It is sturdy and made well. I can tell it will last a long time, with strong hinges. It fits nice in the pockets, it’s not bulky. Easy to get the cards out, and it come with screw driver if you want remove money clip which is a nice option. Well worth it, I am happy with my purchase.

I used to be a "traditional folding wallet" kinda guy so I decided to try this one out. I enjoyed it quite a bit! It has a slick design, and the metal or whatever material felt very solid to me. Cards are really easy to access, but I don't really keep cash on me so I still need to test the clip feature.

I purchased this as a possible alternative to my normal, everyday Bi-fold wallet. I was looking for something waterproof and compact that I could bring with me on outdoor adventures that would hold a couple credit cards, medical cards and my driver's license.Note: There is a good instruction manual in the box that runs you through the money clip installation and the management of your cards.This is a well-made device that features two stiff, aluminum plates pulled together by tension springs on 3 of the 4 sides. Credit cards are inserted between the two plates and the spring tension squeezes them together. The springs also block the edges and keep the cards from working their way out between the platesThe money clip provided in the kit slides onto one of the outside plates. The money clip is made from a thin folded piece of painted aluminum. It is installed onto the bare outside plate – not the one with the Tiger Stone logo. If you look at this plate along the top edge, right in the middle, you will see a very small slot between the outside aluminum cover and the inside plastic liner. This is where the small tongue on the money clip needs to be inserted. Following the directions in the manual, I used one of the sample credit cards supplied in the kit to wedge the Tongue open so I could insert it into this tight slot. When you push it down you should hear a clicking noise when it seats.The dimensions on the website are correct. Empty, I weighed the wallet at 2.73 oz/77.4g (without the money clip).The aluminum plates have beveled edges and are anodized a flat, blue-gray color. Each of the plates has a smooth black plastic liner that is attached using 7 tiny screws on each side. The plastic supplies added strength and a good sliding surface for any cards that are inserted.The wallet can hold 20 credit cards and at this point it is nearly 7/8” thick and weighs 5.75 oz/163 g. For me it’s awkward and difficult to find 1 card out of 20. It’s a struggle and I end up ejecting all the cards, finding the one I want, and then reloading the cards.So, I reduced the number of cards I carry during my outdoor adventures: 2 credit cards, my license, a bank card, and 3 medical related cards. This weighs 3.46 oz/ 98.3 g. I can put the credit cards to one side and my license to the other. It’s pretty easy to find what I want, and if I have to take them all out, it’s pretty easy to put them back.The little wallet works as described and I expected. It’s a quality piece of gear made from very good materials. The fit and finish are perfect. It can hold up to 20 cards but for me it works better when it’s holding less than 10. The money clip is actually better than I expected and holds the folded money very securely. If you’re looking for a compact wallet, that is strong and waterproof this is a good one to consider. Note if you want to use it as an everyday wallet it is better to carry in your front pants pocket.

Wow this the best purchase for my credit cards. I have been struggling to keep my multiple cards organized. However, all products that i found online were waste. But this one is the best. All cards are organized and very convenient to use. I would definitely recommend this to others.

It took my spouse a little bit of time to get used to this hah he's been using a leather flip wallet since forever. But now that he's used to it, he likes it a lot.I do too, when he has no pockets and needs to throw his wallet in my bag, it takes up very little space and weighs less.It's a perfect choice if you're not a fan of carrying cash on you. Overall we love the wallet, I'd buy it as a gift to someone. I highly recommend it!

What immediately drew me to order this RFID blocking minimalist slim wallet is the RFID blocking.Ever since they introduced a tap feature on our money cards, I've been a little, paranoid, shall I say, about ID theft. I saw an in-depth news report on how easily it can be done by the criminals who can just brush up against you with a device concealed within a briefcase and get all your info. Now they can try, but won't succeed.I don't think it's made to hold many cards. I have 6 in mine and I think that's close to the limits of its usability. It can expand to hold 10 - 12 but then the raised numbers turn it into a wedge if all the numbers are kept on the same side. If the numbers alternated sides, it would be better, but I won't do this as I'm worried the damage they will do to the magnetic strips.This slim minimalist wallet comes nicely packaged with a nice screwdriver included so you can remove the face panels for cleaning. I'm not sure I'll ever feel the need to clean under the face panels, but it's nice they included the screwdriver anyway.This also comes with a money clip that doesn't just clip your money, but it securely clips to the slim wallet. The clip is very strong and you may require something to help you pry it open if you chose to use it, its optional.On the screwdriver and one of the wallets face plates is what appears to be laser a engraved logo 'Tiger Stone'. Nice little touch.The price at the time of ordering was $69.99. Personally I think that's a little expensive, but you do get a laser engraved screwdriver you might never use.It's a great RFID blocking wallet, I'm just not a fan of the price. 4/5 stars needing a price reduction.

Tigerstone Minimalist Aluminum Card Wallet is a very unique and stylish wallet. The blue-toned brushed aluminum finish is unlike any other wallet I have seen. It definitely stands out.I find it is a bit difficult to slide credit cards into and out of the wallet, but maybe it just takes a few months of use before it becomes second nature. At least the spring-hinges are definitely strong enough that you will never have to worry about cards falling out. The entire build of this wallet is like a tank - very strong premium materials are used throughout.It comes with cool cyberpunk-looking Torx driver to tighten the screws, as well as 4 spare screws in case you lose any (photo below since they do not show it in the listing).Although it comes with a detachable metal money clip to hold bills on the outside of the wallet, when the clip is installed it makes it more difficult to slide cards into the wallet so I have been using it without the clip.Did you know that contactless credit and bank cards have radio frequency chips in them that can be read from a distance by using a scanner? Since this wallet is made of metal, you should be well protected from people being able to skim your cards with proximity scanners. Although some leather and fabric wallets claim they have RF blocking materials in them, I could still read my bank card when I passed my closed leather wallet over a reader - not so with this aluminum beast, it definitely blocks radio frequencies as advertised!

I've tested several wallets that aim for a minimalist design. This one is similar to another aluminum wallet with RFID shielding that I tested, that uses elastics instead of hinges, but this one costs nearly 3 times more. I was therefore curious to see if the hinge design warrants the significant price difference, since everything else looks to be the same.The elastics on the other wallet I've tested were very strong and required a good amount of effort to add and remove cards in the wallet. I ended-up not using that one for daily use because it required too much fiddling when trying to access the right card when trying to pay at a checkout. In a rush, it is possible that some cards might fall out or cash you have on the clip might get unclipped. That wallet also seemed to be a struggle to fit more than 3 to 5 cards. Minimalism is great as long as it isn't at the cost of too much inconvenience.This wallet, although similar in appearance, uses very clever hinges that makes it much more usable than the other wallet that uses elastic bands. It adapts much better when adding more than 3 to 5 cards and is said to accommodate up to 20 cards. The money clip is also optional, arriving unattached, and also comes with a special screwdriver and extra screws in case you need to make any repairs.I now understand why this wallet is more expensive. It certainly has a better design, can handle more cards, has unique hinges, has the money clip as an option, and the packaging is also very impressive. This is the wallet for the professional who wants a minimalist wallet and is ready to splurge to get the best in quality.

Got this wallet because I had been looking into minimalistic wallets and was intrigued. First of all, this wallet is built to withstand... The build quality is amazing, the entire thing is made of metal and definitely will last you many years. The wallet comes with the money clip, which I personally did not use as I do not carry cash. The screwdriver is used to tighten or loosen the wallet (in the case that your cards are too loose in there - I did not have to adjust anything out of the box).The design is simple: you just slide your cards in and when you need them, you can push from the bottom and they kind of flare out the top. The thing is, I found this to be fairly impractical. I tend to use different cards for different occasions (e.g., bus pass, credit, debit, student ID, etc.). This means that I have to precisely pick out the correct card when needed. However, with this wallet, only the top card is really easily reachable... The other cards are kind of lumped together and to pick out a specific one, you need to take out all your cards and select the one you want. I find this to be impractical as I can just use another slim wallet which had different slots for each card, allowing me to take out the one I need easily. For this reason, I will not be using this wallet moving forward. However, if you are okay with taking out all your cards when you need to find a specific one in the mix, then this wallet is great for you. The minimalistic design, the small compact design, and not to mention the superb build quality definitely make this an amazing wallet
