My son and I love this work book! I ripped out each page and put them in sheet protectors so then the pages could be dry erase so we could reuse them/our other child could use them when he is older. I use this as a extra boost for sight word learning on top of daily reading.I have seen reviews complaining about typos and I haven't found any so far. The boxes below the words do not match up to the word above, but I believe it is supposed to be like that to encourage the child to problem solve what word goes in what box. My son does this and likes to trace lines from the word to the box.The only thing in the book we don't do is the "Draw" section. The area provided to draw is small, and he doesn't care to and struggles with drawing a image to match the sentence. He loves the word search part the most.

I like this book because the activities are varied and offer great practice of sight words in a way that is not boring and challenges the reluctant reader. My students like it and don't mind doing it.

I was hoping this activity book would help with distance learning for my first graders and prepare them for next year. Either, our school is way ahead of the average, or this book should be re-characterized as K-1st. My kids will breeze through this work, as these are the words they learned in kindergarten and mastered in early first grade. I gave the book four stars because maybe not all schools are at this level by the end of first grade and my boys will definitely use this workbook for handwriting practice.

This book is a great way to get sight words taught. It makes learning fun also.

My 2nd grader is behind in language and spelling and this book has really helped his sight words! He is spelling and recognizing them now!

I photocopied this and lamenated so I could use it over and over again! A great layout of the work/words. I'm have recommended it to a few of my friends.
