Shake one bottle of Anti Ageing complex (as it contains natural ingredients you can sometimes see some red hibiscus seed protein in the liquid). Pour the liquid onto the tablet and watch as it is absorbed and the mask expands. Gently un-fold the mask and place it onto cleansed skin, smoothing down and avoiding contact with your eyes.
