I never thought oil pulling would actually be a real thing! My friend told me she does this as a regular part of her health and beauty routine. She has a nice white smile so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m so glad I found this and it is a “real thing”! The taste and feel is very appealing. This was my first time trying out oil pulling so I wasn’t sure what product to get. I found this one and said screw it. Truth be told it is nasty, but start slowly. I honestly did maybe 2-3 min the first week and worked my way up. Now I can do up to 30 min and the taste doesn’t bother me anymore. It’s still there but not as harsh when the first time was. My teeth definitely had whitened but don’t expect like paper white right away. I do it day and night. Great addition to my teeth hygiene

It's just as good as nuru Ganda it doesn't take as good but I just added more mint oil

I love this stuff. Been using and I have a capped tooth that had some pretty bad receding gum line. Within 1 week the gum was half way back. Almost there now. I recommend for helping get your gums healthy and if you have receding gums, definitely give this stuff a whirl you won't regret!
