Good stuff!
I love a good flux pen and believe me, not all are good and you can't tell by the price. This is one of the good ones, though be warned, it's a huge thick pen. But the tip is a bit tight so you can use it on small places, like SMT. It goes well on hot surfaces too and hasn't shown any signs of burning yet.I do feel like it comes out a bit faster than I want it to, but that might be me just wanting it to last as long as possible. It's a sad moment when a good flux pen runs dry. I also think you could refill it with your own rosin based solder when it's empty if you are into making that (it's simple and fun, I recommend it) and if you can't refill, you can always dip and draw...This one is a no brainer, it's great! One more note - if you haven't used no-clean before, it's not really no-clean, but less dirty and easier clean. Alcohol and swabs do a great job.

Quite a Broad Application Tip
I am relatively new to soldering. This product appeared to be a tidy way to apply flux to apply solder and a neat way to store. For fairly simple soldering where access is no issue, I would consider this to be a good product. For soldering in tight quarters (which is frequently the case in making repairs) the configuration of the pen, the breadth of the chisel-type tip and the liquid nature of the flux itself, tends to make use a bit cumbersome to get flux where you want it without too much excess application. I feel, I will need to supplement my soldering supplies to include a traditional tin of rosin flux to cover all foreseeable requirements for flux.Like a marker pen, the cap seals tightly so time will tell if the tip maintains its permeability and the flux does not dry up in the pen or lose effectiveness.

Easy to use - only ONE in the package
I ordered this because I used to try to solder smaller wires without it but this makes a huge difference in the time it takes to heat and how well the solder bonds to the wire. This is just like a big permanent marker with a chisel tip and you just apply it directly to the wire. It is clear so it is hard to tell if you have it on but I just wiped it a few times and it made a big difference.I tested it on a smaller wire just to see if it made a difference and it did.Overall, this is a convenient way to use flux without having to paint or dip it on your wire. There is only ONE marker with this purchase not two like the picture shows.

It's huge!!
Works as well as my other rosin based flux pens. Nice metal case should withstand moderate abuse.I was not expecting this thing to be as big as it is. Even though there's pictures with exact measurements, it's still larger than it appears. We're talking "King Size" Sharpie big.The pictures show PCB level work, but in reality this thing is too big (with a large 3/8" chisel tip) for fine work. Again, measurements are provided, so I can't ding it a star for the size. If you need to apply a large amount of flux with relative precision, this pen will do it.

Great soldering flux
Nice easy to use flux and dispenser pen. The cap keeps the flux sealed when it’s not in use. The pen applicator is similar to a marker tip so it’s easy to dab on the flux where it’s needed. Even though it’s no clean, it cleans up well with alcohol and a bristle brush. The residue is sticky which may not be acceptable in all applications but this is normal with Rosen type fluxes. The flux seems to hold up well to lead free soldering temperatures and really helps with wetting. Over all, great product that does the job. Very happy with this selection.

Great Size, easy to dispense
A few months ago, I received a soldering iron kit with a hardened block of flux. This flux is great, easy to apply to soldering areas and circuit boards and so far hasn't failed to provide top notch solder flow and joints. It takes a few pumps of the tip to get the flux to flow, after that the flow is never to much to handle or wasteful..

Love this solder Flux Pen
I purchased to make it easier to repair surface mounted electronics. The beveled tip makes application easy and fast. I can add several components at one time and re-solder with ease. Caps and stores well.
