My previous pepper mill gave up the ghost after 10 years use so replaced it with this one I’m impressed with the build quality and ease of use plus the different settings as well.

Bought as a present for my dad who absolutely loves it. Well made and the variable grinding size is a bonus. Impressed.

Rather disappointed, not really the quality I was expecting. Try to buy something with a classic English heritage, it says "Cole and Mason England" on the tag, only to find out it says "Made in China" on the back of the tag. As far as I am concerned "Made in China" is the death knell of any product. On the upside it does function well and the three settings give a distinctively different grain size. Durability remains to be seen, but I am not hopeful.

Perfect companion to pepper mill purchased last year

Tired of grinders getting blocked or losing effectiveness. This is the solution albeit expensive. Haven't looked back and overall worth the money

This is the same comment ı did on another site, I am not uploading the faulty pictures I had as people may think wrongly. TL;DR do not use salt in pepper mill.long story short, I reached the customer service for a pepper mill I purchased which turned into a non-functional product.Firstly, I sent my concern on Saturday - at 12:53 and they returned me on the same day, regardless of it being the weekend at 16:53. Things like this are awesome as standards are very low, I was not expecting a reply until Monday/TuesdayThey (Daniel and the team) followed the issue with their customer hat, totally understood the topic, and pointed me to the direct root cause.So, I used salt in a pepper mill, and that pepper mill was damaged due to our misuse. Now the pepper mill is in the bin.I do not know if I will use another Cole & Mason product or not but the effort of the customer service urged me to come here and give 5 stars

It’s a lovely pepper grinder to hold and when you grind the peppercorns it breaks into tiny pieces of pepper rather than a dust and the aroma is Devine. It has 4 different grades of grounds so you choose the size of the pepper to your taste. We are very impressed.

This is a great pepper mill. The varying grind levels are great and go from dust to coarse where as my old one just did coarse. Had it for quite a few months now and use it every day and is still as good as when I first got it.

Great salt mill. Place sea salt in mill. Grind at course, medium or fine.

Dopo pochi mesi di utilizzo il prodotto come si vede dall immagine si è rotto non è più servitele, inoltre quel poco che ha funzionato presentava il difetto di staccarsi il coperchio di riempimento. Ho tentato il contatto con la casa madre per la sostituzione (sito inglese) Ma senza riscontro. Non comprerò più prodotti da questa marca. Al momento della recensione il prodotto costa 10,00euro in meno da quello pagato, oltre il danno anche la beffa.

Funktioniert ganz toll, ist sehr schick und sieht gut aus in der Küche. Die Mahlstufen sind leicht einzustellen und man sieht auch den Unterschied.

Super Salzmühle und Top-Design. Hochwertige Verarbeitung und liegt bei Gebrauch sehr gut in der Hand.Ansprechende Optik. Durchaus weiter zu empfehlen!
