I received this product and absolutely love everything about it. It arrived a few days earlier than expected and was packaged nicely. The product is beautiful. I love the scent and texture of the shampoo and conditioner. It leaves my hair clean and soft. I have been using the product for a week now and can definitely already see results. My hair feels thicker and fuller. I also feel like my hair has already grown. I have used so many products in the past and have never seen such immediate results. Will definitely be buying again.

I am 38yrs old, mixed race, have 3 kids. My hair is curly/wavy and very thin. After 3 kids it was pretty destroyed. Tried this set for 30 days and saw no improvement regarding my hair at all. The amount of hair coming out in the shower actually got worse!Everyone has a different head so unfortunately its all trial n error.

First time using product it caused a bright red burning rash. Immediately washed out with regular shampoo. Upon further investigation, silkfactor.com does not exist. Front of bottle states made in Canada and back of bottle states made in Beverly Hills. There is nothing safe & natural about these products. This product should not be available.
