Love this stuff. I use it on anything and everything. Great mixed into scrambled eggs. My favorite "Off the cooking grid" use? Add to homemade onion soup. Gives onion soup a fantastic depth of flavor. And yes, it is outstanding on the usual beef/chicken/pork routine. Highly recommended.

I used Miner’s Mix on our Thanksgiving prime rib roast and it tasted delicious! It is a perfect blend of herbs and spices and very low in sodium content. A great addition to any roast meal.

We were looking for a lower salt rub to use on our Christmas Elk roast and we were excited to find Miners Mix. It complimented the flavor of the wild meat and provided an excellent crust. We will definitely be buying more and would recommend to anyone looking for a good rub for any roast.

I'm sensitive to sugar but didn't realize it because the product title appears to list all the ingredients, and there isn't an ingredient list in the photos. Only after I received the item did I look back at this page and notice sugar was listed, but only in small type just above the Q&As. So if you are sensitive to sugar or diabetic, be aware. As food, this product is also unreturnable.

This has been one of the best spices I have bought in a long time. Used the Kosher salt and then this on top. Rub it in all over meat, including the bone. Cooked as directed and it came out perfect. Will buy again!!

i usually do a prime rib for new years eve. and i usually make my own rub/outer layer. This is much easier and tastes amazing. the guests definitely agreed. I got it because i used their chicken seasoning for cornish game hens for christmas and that was also good, so i went for this, glad i did

VERY pricey, and we don't even like the flavor. total waste of money!
