Been taking these for two weeks and already lost 4 pounds. Started on 2 a day for a week then went up to 4 a week so very happy when I jumped on the scales. I don’t feel as hungry so not picking and if I do I’m drinking instead of eating.

Good Value For Money

Easy to swallow capsules which leave no aftertaste. Too early to report on benefits, unfortunately

I’ve been using this L-Carnitine for a wee while now, and it’s pretty good overall. At 3000mg per dose, it’s strong and gives a nice energy boost for workouts. I’ve noticed I’m able to push through resistance training a bit easier, and it seems to be helping with my fat loss goals – so no complaints there.That said, the 3000mg is L-Carnitine Tartrate, so if you’re after 3g of pure L-Carnitine, you’ll need to take 6 capsules instead of the advertised 4. Bit of a labour of love swallowing that many, but if you’re committed, it does the job.Still, it’s good quality, vegan, and doesn’t upset my stomach – so for what it is, it’s alright. Worth it if you can handle the extra capsules.
